The Tucson Builder Trade-in Program (http://buildertradeinaz.com) offers a great way for home owners to sell an old home quickly with a view to buying and moving in a new construction home. Under the Trade-in Program, the home builders  in Tucson offer perks and rebates.

In this short video John Harings, Realtor® at United Real Estate Southern Arizona (broker), interviews Sharlin Worden of KB Home about the new community development undertaken by KB Home at La Cholla Station (between Orange Grove and River). La Cholla Station is the name of this development which you will see on the right, a few hundred yards south of the intersaction of La Cholla and Orange Grove.

Sharlin explains that the new program has been selling fast due to the quality of these new homes. As customary with all new construction homes, the builders raise prices as less and less homes are available in the new community. KB Home has already raised the prices twice in La Cholla Station, and this is definitely a good indication that the program sales have been brisk.

John Harings is one of the Realtors® who are serving the Builder Trade-In Program organized by United Real Estate of Southern Arizona (URESA) under the direction of broker Louis Parrish.

Under this program and with the guidance of experienced Realtors, home owners can put together a full strategy to either sell their old home fast through URESA and buy a brand-new one in the Tucson metro area with all the builders’ incentives available through URESA, or keep their old home but rent it to earn rental income while paying off the first mortgage.

The right strategy depends on many factors that have to be reviewed carefully before the ideal plan can be formulated. The Realtors® of URESA have the necessary experience to help home owner navigate these waters.

Either way, the outcome of the Tucson Builder Trade-in Program is a win-win situation for the home owners. For more information, call John Harings at (520) 488-8363 for details and a personal consultation.
